• Rate is $250 per night
• Stay more than 3 nights and get one night for FREE!
• 2 night minimum – Holiday weekends 3 night minimum
• A Cleaning Fee of $40 is required in addition to the rent and the refundable security deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• If you cancel your reservation with us in 14 days or less before your scheduled arrival we will keep your entire payment.
• If you cancel 15 to 31 days before your scheduled arrival we will keep 50% of your payment to us.
• If you cancel more than 31 days before your arrival we will refund all but $50 of the funds you have paid us.
