RULES

-         Our home is a nonsmoking home. You may smoke outside.

-         Please bring towels for the bathrooms and the beach. We provide linens for the 2 bedrooms.

-         Please bring drinking water. You can also purchase bottled water across the street at the market.

-         You may park two cars, one by the sidewalk above near our front entrance and one vehicle below parallel to our garage door.

-         Please turn off the outside lights when you go to sleep.

-         Please do not hang towels and wetsuits on our railings. You may hang those on the outdoor furniture or on the two white hooks located near the outside shower.

-         Please rinse off all sand at our outdoor shower or at the faucet at the bottom of our spiral steps before entering our home.

-         Please close the lid on our BBQ when not in use. You may need to turn on the gas valve under the BBQ before you can light the BBQ

-         Please use twisters and tie up all trash bags and put these in our two trash cans located near the street in our shed. Be sure to close the doors on our shed and secure the latch to keep animals out.

-         When you go out please lock the doors and windows and turn off the lights and our heater.

-         The guards will fine you if you violate any of these fines:

o       Please do not light any fireworks in our community.

o       No glass containers outside of our home. Use plastic glasses kept in our kitchen.

o       No loud music.

o       No pets allowed. Only owners are permitted to have pets after they register their pet and pay a fee.

-         Before you depart please bring our two umbrellas inside and lay them against the south wall in our living room.
